Maintenance and care

Regular Inspection

  • Backlash Check: Inspect whether the reducer backlash has increased abnormally. If it exceeds the factory standard, carry out maintenance or replacement promptly.
  • Operating Condition: During operation, pay attention to unusual noises, vibrations, or jamming.
  • Connection Reliability: Ensure electrical connectors are firmly secured, with no looseness, poor contact, or oxidation.
  • Fastener Condition: Regularly check whether screws on the housing, flange, and other structural components are loose. Retighten to the specified torque if necessary.

Storage and Transportation Precautions

  • Storage Environment: Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment free from corrosive gases. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
  • Anti-Rust Treatment: Before long-term storage, evenly coat the actuator’s external surface with anti-rust oil to prevent metal oxidation.
  • Protective Measures: During transportation, use the original packaging or equivalent shockproof and moisture-proof packaging. Prevent strong impacts and drops.
  • Environmental Requirements: Avoid long-term storage at temperatures below -20 °C or above +60 °C.
